Estate kitchens often center on a pro-style range or a rangetop under a large hood, with double wall ovens alongside: Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele and Gaggenau, among others.
On gas equipment we repair the appliance and its own parts, from burners and igniters to its own burner valves and controls. We do not repair the gas supply line, the piping or the shutoff valve. That is work for a gas line contractor or your gas utility.
