Aventura appliance repair for high-rise condos and built-in kitchens
Most of Aventura lives in towers: along the Intracoastal, around the golf course and on Williams Island. Their kitchens are often built in and all-electric, and that is much of what we repair here: integrated refrigeration, wine coolers, ice makers, wall ovens and cooktops, alongside everyday freestanding models.

Where we work in Aventura
Aventura addresses in 33180 and in the part of 33160 inside the city, for everyday and premium appliances alike.
That includes the towers along Country Club Drive, Yacht Club Drive and the Intracoastal, Williams Island, and the townhomes and low-rise buildings in between. Sunny Isles Beach and Golden Beach, just east, are covered as well.
The desk, the loading dock and the service elevator
In an Aventura tower, reaching the kitchen is a sequence: the gate or the valet, the front desk, the loading dock or a guest space for the service van, then the service elevator. Williams Island has its own security at the entrance as well.
Our work is insured. Name the building when you book and list what its management expects, whether vendor registration, insurance paperwork or an elevator reservation; dispatch goes through those requirements with you before booking, so you know in advance whether we can meet them.
Large parts, such as a cooktop's glass top or a refrigerator compressor, travel in the service elevator, so it helps to know whether the building reserves it by the hour.
Built-in kitchens high above the water
Renovated Aventura units tend to have panel-ready refrigeration, a wall oven or speed oven, an induction cooktop and an undercounter wine cooler, all set flush into cabinetry. These are serviced from the front wherever the design allows, with panels and trim protected while they are off.
Floor-to-ceiling glass lets in a lot of afternoon heat. In a unit where the air conditioning is set back while the owner is away, the refrigerator and the wine cooler work far harder than they were designed to, and a dusty condenser grille turns that into failed fans and warm compartments.

Rentals, hotel suites and owners abroad
Aventura has plenty of rentals and hotel rooms alongside owner-occupied units, and we take on light commercial appliance repair (offices, rentals, hotels) and service contracts for those properties.
Many owners spend part of the year in another city or country. Arrange access through the desk or a property manager, and send a photo of the appliance's rating label, and of any error code, with the booking.

Counter-depth French-door refrigerators and radiant cooktops in original units; integrated columns, induction and wine storage in renovated ones; an ice maker at the bar in larger apartments.
