Where we work in Fort Lauderdale
For built-in and premium appliances: Fort Lauderdale addresses in 33301, 33304, 33305, 33306, 33308, 33309, 33311, 33312, 33315 and 33316.
For everyday brands, our Fort Lauderdale coverage is 33301, 33312, 33315 and 33316. If your address is elsewhere in the city and the appliance is an everyday model, call and ask before booking.

High-rise condos along the beach and the river
Towers on the beach and along the New River usually have a front desk, a sign-in, a set window for contractor visits and a service elevator. The rules differ from building to building.
Our work is insured. Tell dispatch which building it is and what management requires; dispatch goes through those requirements with you before booking, so you know in advance whether we can meet them.
Condo kitchens here are often compact: a counter-depth or panel-ready refrigerator, a slide-in range or a cooktop with a wall oven, and sometimes a wine cooler under the counter.
Canal houses, and water where it shouldn't be
Much of Fort Lauderdale is built along canals, and low-lying streets can take on water during king tides and heavy storms. If water reached a garage freezer, a refrigerator or the base of a range, do not switch it back on. Wet wiring, motors and controls can short, and a refrigerator that sat in floodwater is often a replacement rather than a repair.
If there is water on the floor, stay away from the plug and the appliance. Switch the circuit off at the breaker panel only if the panel is dry and you can reach it without standing in water; otherwise call an electrician or your power utility. Have the appliance inspected before it runs again.

Typical Fort Lauderdale kitchens
In the houses: renovated kitchens with built-in refrigeration and a pro-style range, older kitchens with freestanding appliances, and a bar with an undercounter ice maker or wine cooler.
Brands run from Whirlpool, GE and Samsung to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador and Viking. All are among the appliances we repair, within the ZIP limits above for everyday models.
What to tell dispatch
A useful visit starts with a clear description: the appliance, the brand, the model number if you can find it, and what it is doing or not doing. For a condo, add the building and its access rules; for a house in a gated community, say how visitors are let in.
If a refrigerator or freezer has stopped cooling, keep the doors closed while you wait.
